Payment
Please confirm your event and pay balance due here. To hold your date we require full payment, fully refundable with 8 days or more advanced notice. If cancelation occurs within 8 days of your event there will be $150 booking fee. Any additional parking fees or tolls will also be added prior to our departure. We will adjust the total amount due to reflect how long the actual appointment takes to the nearest 15 minute increment.
